Founder: Åsa Björnberg

Clinical Psychologist, Equine Facilitated Psychotherapist (LEAP recognised by BACP), MSc, MA, MBSsc
Executive Fellow and Executive Coach at London Business School. Recently a Senior Expert at McKinsey & Company in the area of Organisation, Leadership Development and Family Business. Previously PhD candidate at London School of Economics and research faculty at London Business School.
Åsa’s strength is the ability to make others feel at ease and safe, giving them courage to tackle the toughest issues with warmth and acceptance. Her ability to think and listen deeply derives from over a decade of conducting research and developing leaders at some of the world’s foremost institutions. Åsa has a Masters degrees in Clinical & Organisational Psychology, Gothenburg University and in Systems Psychoanalytic Approaches to Coaching and Organisation, Tavistock and NHS Portman Trust. She is a Founding member, the British Psychological Society’s Special Group for Coaching Psychology.

Chiron works with a range of highly experienced equine facilitated learning and therapy practitioners across Europe. They are all seasoned professionals who bring qualities and experience from several disciplines, from a prior work life, including  neuropsychology, finance, law, journalism, marketing, human resources, psychotherapy and couples therapy.
Our associates have been selected based on their experience and qualifications in the following:

We can offer part of our learning in English, Swedish, French, German and Italian, and operate on sites in the UK, Belgium, Sweden and Italy.
